職責:
- Handle incoming customer and merchant enquiries
- Work closely with other teams to follow up the requests and enquiries from customers
- Provide administrative support as required
要求:
- Familiar with various MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Independent, diligent and responsible, with a positive attitude under pressure
- F.5 / DSE graduate or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience

高級電子技術員 (Senior Technician / Supervisor)
職責:
- 負責維修及保養電子保安系統包括閉路電視、智能拍卡、門禁控制、大廈對講機、公共天線、警報系統、收費系統、停車場入閘系統、電腦監察控制系統及電腦網絡等。
要求:
- 持有工程/電子工程高級文憑或以上相關學歷；
- 三年或以上相關工作經驗優先考慮；
- 持有有效建造業安全訓練證明書(平安咭)；
- 能獨立執行保養及維修工作；
- 工作時間﹕星期一至六，上午9時至下午6時；或按工作需要安排；
- 可即時上班者會作優先考慮。

Clerk (Part-time)
職責:
- Provide general clerical supports including regular data updates
- Perform other assigned duties
要求:
- Completed HKCEE/HKDSE.
- Suitable for University students.
- Responsible and self-motivated.
- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing. Good understanding of Excel will be an advantage.
- Candidates, if applying Part Time post, are required to work 2-3 days per weekdays and willing to work for a long term.

Night Shift ELV Technician
職責:
- Responsible for overall maintenance and repair of ELV system
- Handle CCTV system, PA system, Access Control system etc.
- Assist with Supervisor and Engineer and with functional and technical teams
- Willing to work in shift duty
要求:
- Higher diploma in engineering/electronic engineering or related academic qualifications are preferred;
- One year or more relevant work experience is preferred; graduates are welcome to apply;
- Possession of a valid construction industry safety training certificate (safety card) is preferred;
- Able to perform maintenance and repair work independently;
- Working hours: 5 days per week, Night shift duty

電子技工
職責:

ELV Technician弱電技術員
職責:
- 負責安裝弱電系統，包括控制箱接線，系統測試
- 協助維修及例行檢查
- 需要輪班和戶外工作
- 處理緊急事故及相關查詢
- 處理其他由上司指派的工作
要求:
- 具一年或以上弱電相關系統之安裝或維修經驗

Technician (PLC/SCADA) (Fresh graduate is also welcome)
職責:
- Responsible for design, monitor and manage implementation of equipment automation projects
- Prepare documentations, system analysis and integration of equipment automation systems
- Participate in developing framework for PLC and SCADA system programming monitoring, analysis, and reporting
- Solid experience in Residential / Commercial / Infrastructure project
- Excavate potential areas for improvement and enhancement of process flows
- On site testing & commissioning
- Shift duty may be required
要求:

職責:
- Handle general IT support and enquiries to end users.
- Support system development and enhancement
- Provide IT Support Windows system hardware and system software maintenance.
- To assist in IT administration and ad-hoc tasks/projects
- Servers and network maintenance
要求:
- Certificate or Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related disciplines; And at least 2 years’ experience in the IT helpdesk & Infrastructure areas; And
- Experienced Windows system admin, skilled at troubleshooting system or network issues; And
- Solid knowledge in first-line user and technical support with strong skill in trouble-shooting and soft-skill in handling users; And
- Hands-on experience in using Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016, 2019, Windows desktop; And
- Basic spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Support.

- 對電子行業有熱誠，公司會提供在職培訓；
- 工作時間﹕星期一至六，上午9時至下午6時；或按工作需要安排。
工作經驗較豐富者會考慮為電子技術員
保安控制員/大廈管理員 (Security Controller/Building Attendant)
職責:
- 負責協助及處理日常物業管理工作，包括管理大廈系統操作工作，客戶査詢及投訴，訪客出入登記，商場推廣活動之人流管制，危機處理等提供優質客戶服務及保安工作。
要求:
- 中五或以上程度；
- 一年或以上相關物業管理 / 客戶服務經驗優先；
- 持有效保安人員許可證及QAS證書；
- 懂電腦基本操作；
- 良好粵語，能以簡單英語溝通；
- 工作時間﹕輪班工作 (9小時/6天)；或按工作需要安排。
